Kohana 3.0.8 is out.
My very favouritest PHP framework just released a new version yesterday. Unfortunately, I was under the weather at the time, so you get to hear about it now, while I’m backing up a site.
There’s nothing too major this time around – a lot of bug-fixes and a whole lot of minor feature requests. However, this version is sort of special. One of the features in this release was a suggestion made by my boss that was debated, agreed upon, and included in the short span of three days. This is the speed at which the Kohana community and maintainers work, and it’s gratifying to be part of that community.
This – and the fact that 3.0.8 seems to be just as rock-solid as 3.0.7 was – is just one of the many reasons I love working with Kohana.
